Another day in paradise

Sunday is here and it is part of the weekend and that means another day at Seaworld. Kim picked us and we drove to Denny's to get a nice breakfast. This time I chose the Banana chocolate Hersey pancakes. That was a very nice combination. Loved it.

We drove to Seaworld after breakfast and again it was busy but they re- arranged it a little bit better so the wait was not that long. Kim parked the car and again I didn have to do the bag check and could walk straight into the park. We walked over to Antarctica and started with the penguins. Loved their habitat. It's so nice and cold inside. After spending some time with these beautiful creatures we went outside in the burning sun.

My lord what a temperature. But strong as we are we continued and walked over to Pacific Point Preserve. A big island with seals and sealions. My favorite place to hang out in between shows. What a funny animals they are...

After a while we walked to the Dolphin Stadium and got inside to catch the Dolphin show...Dolphin Days. An educational but fun show with loads of dolphins. Fantastic show.

Because of Halloween at the end of October Seaworld has a Halloween theme every weekend and that means free candy. So we walked the trail and collected some goodies.

We walked to the KIllerwhale Underwater viewing. Seaworld thought it might be good idea to introduce fish into the killerwhale's habitat. They did it in San Diego so now Orlando. When we were there Saturday beautiful big fish were swimming in the UV pool. I said to myself with my female logic: this is not going to end well for the fish.
So we walked to the underwater viewing a day later and the water was filled with fish guts. Pieces of ripped fish.
The girls were introduced to the fish a fews days before and were fine. Even a little scared.
But they introduced the boys to the fish saturday and they made it a slaughterhouse. Well overreact a little but they got a fish and tore it apart. And they played with the spine just like the movie Lady and The Tramp.
see all those fish pieces?

See the spine between their teeth?

At 12.30 we had another surprise for Lianne. Dine with Shamu. A buffet you can eat from while Killerwhales are swimming in the pool next to you. Later on the trainers will do a training session. Well the food was good but they rushed the training a little bit. I mean no jumps and we had the boys Makaio and Trua. So we complained on the survey.

After the lunch we walked over to the Northpole and visited the seals and the Walrus. Nice and cool and we took the forbidden way but hey we were not the only ones...

And yes it was time for One Ocean again. We missed the first one but had two left which we did. Ofcourse the animals were fantastic.

At the end of the show we walked back to the exit while collecting more candy. Have I mentioned how crowded it was and how hot?

We drove off and we decided to have dinner at Wild Buffalo Wings. Juicy and sweet chickenwings with cellery and carrots. Yummie. It was very loud as American football was on TV.

After dinner Kim drove us to the hotel and dropped us off. We were both tired so the lights went out not too soon after that.
Monday its Busch Gardens..
